A two day programme that looks first at analysing the historical cash flow dynamics of a corporate and the potential sources of liquidity available. Using this as a starting point it then goes on to show how a forecasting model can be developed and evaluated to ascertain whether it meets the objectives of the various stakeholders and to assess the future liquidity position of the corporate.
The course is highly interactive and delegates will work in groups on case studies in order to demonstrate a comprehension of the key objectives of the programme
