The Call Center Industry Association is a not for profit organization. It is run by industry professionals on voluntary basis. Executive Committee members are elected annually at the association’s annual general meeting. A pre-launch executive committee is currently in place, elections for the Executive Committee and other committee’s will take place at the Annual Meeting. Our mission is to promote and give recognition to the Call Center industry in Thailand and those who are employed in Call Centers.
